At The Barn we believe freedom and flexibility are key to providing a day that is tailored to suit you and your requirements. Giving you the choice to pick and choose your menu for your day, whatever your taste.
We work with a selection of local hand picked caterers who offer a wide range of menu and price options to suit your budget and taste. You can choose from a more formal 2/3 course sit downs, BBQ’s, sharing deli boards, pizza & anti pasta, street food trucks, paella, fish & chips, afternoon tea, hot & cold buffets and much more…
We allow external caterers to be brought in. Our external catering fee is on our ‘Packages’ price list. All caterers must provide a full Health & Hygiene certificate, public liability over 10 million, provided staff to serve and clear all food, take away all food waste and rubbish after the event.
Evening caterers must provide staff to serve and clear throughout the food service, remove all food and waste after the event. A £500 clearing charge is added if this is not done my the caterers.
We can provide additional staff if required.
drink
At The Barn we allow you to supply your own drinks package to include:
2 x after ceremony drinks pp , 1/2 bottle wine + 1 x toast drink pp during your wedding breakfast until 6.00pm, with all drinks removed at 6.30pm, for when the evening bar opens at 7pm.
Client must provide all glasses/ice+fruit. Glass hire 55ppg delivered/return dirty service.
Our drinks service charge is £750 and includes storage of all drink & ice, chilling, palette bar under the hay barn, 2 x staff to serve, pour + clear until 6.30pm. We will also remove/recycle all bottles + cardboard waste.

The Barn can provide your drinks packages starting from £25pp+ to include:
2 x after ceremony drinks of Prosecco, Pimms or Beers pp
1/2 bottle wine pp or 1/3 bottle wine + beers
1 x Prosecco toast pp.
Includes all glasses, 2 x staff to serve, pour + clear until 6.30pm, removal/recycle of all bottles/cardboard waste. Fully stocked pay bar 7pm - 11.30pm.
